Unfortunately, these days, kids spend more time sitting than ever..this stretch is a good one to open up the hips and lengthen the spine. Kneel down, take a large step forward to keep your front knee over the ankle, the whole foot planted. Shift your weight slightly forward until your feel stretch in front of your back thigh. Raise arms up straight until you feel you are 2 inches taller.
